Return of goods

Within 30 days of receiving the package, you may return the items to us without providing a reason. However, items that have been customized to your specifications (i.e., “made to order” items) and items purchased for a business are not eligible for returns.

1. Fill in the return form

The return form is included in the package you received, or you can download it from this link:

Please include the filled-out form in your package.

2. Pack the product with care

To return the item, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To avoid damage during transit, pack it carefully in its original box. We recommend using bubble wrap or air pads if the item is fragile. We also advise using fillers that have already arrived in our parcel.

The package should include the following items:

the item you’re returning
a completed form (or at least the order number and bank account number for the refund)
material to prevent further damage

3. Return the package back to our address

Please remove the original shipping labels before sending. You can order shipping from GLS or DPD. However, you can also use other carriers to return the goods. You can have the parcel picked up at your home or drop it off at one of the drop-off points or boxes. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments.

4. Wait for your refund

We have 14 days after receiving the returned goods to inspect them and refund your money. We will refund your money in the same manner in which you paid for your order. Please notify us by emailing shop@leafinside.com if you want the money refunded to a different bank account than the one from which you paid for the order.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
We will refund the full amount to your account within 14 days of receiving the goods back if you return them to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the parcel. If the returned goods are damaged or worn, the refund may be reduced to reflect the cost of the damage.

Do I have to pay to return it?
You are responsible for the cost of returning the package. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the original shipping cost (this is the cheapest form of shipping we offer in our store) as well as the amount of the returned product.
